Many residents came to buy agricultural products from Taman Anggrek Children-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA)'s urban farming, Jalan Garuda Bawah, RT 08/12, Bintaro, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta.

Taman Anggrek RPTRA Coordinator, Saidah Farida stated, items sold are 35 bunch of spinach, 25 bok choy, 17 navi spinach, and 5 kilograms of lettuce.
"Residents are happy to buy crops from here. Not only the crops are healthier, but they can also freely pick and choose their own vegetables," Tuesday (2/18).
Literacy Training Held at Anggrek Bintaro RPTRAAccording to her, total income from selling those crops reached Rp 180 thousand, while the price for each bunch is Rp 2,000.
"Our main purpose is not to earn money as much as possible, but we want residents to eat healthy vegetables," she stated.
Her side has started to sell agricultural products from this RPTRA to the locals since early 2019. In the future, this RPTRA will be also used as an educational forum for people who are interested in becoming urban farmers.
"We will encourage people to use their yard for urban farming," she closed.
